Job summary

Aventura at West Park in Cincinnati, OH is hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for day shifts on a full-time/part-time/PRN basis. Join a supportive team providing compassionate care, with opportunities for growth and a strong leadership structure. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification.
Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
Measure and document vital signs as directed.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Serve meals and assist with eating and hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team.
Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered care.
Follow all facility policies and infection control practices.
