Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active State Tested Nurse Aide registry in Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents' needs.
• Basic knowledge of aging and related care.
• Ability to assess resident status and communicate needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Report changes in resident condition to the appropriate staff.
• Restock resident care supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
