Job summary

Birchaven Village in Findlay, OH is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff by delivering direct resident care and assisting with daily activities under supervision. Duties include care for residents, room prep, and safety while reporting changes to nursing staff.

You will follow current standards, assist with supplies, and ensure privacy and comfort for residents in accordance with policies and resident rights. A valid OH STNA registry and minimum age 16 are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active STNA registry in Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents’ needs.
• Basic knowledge of aging principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel for supplies.
• Assist with daily resident care needs and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and uphold mission, vision, and resident rights.
• Comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
