Job summary

Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is seeking PRN State Tested Nursing Aides (STNAs) to join our caregiving team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and work with a caring staff in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $17–$19.50 per hour with shift differentials, 401k matching, insurance, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Walk-in interviews are welcome weekdays 10 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.
• Passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Available Shifts: Night 6:30 Pm-7am
