CareCore at Heritage is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team in Minster, Ohio. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and monitor health under licensed supervision.

We offer full-time shifts, including 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with weekend options. Must hold Ohio STNA license, have strong communication and teamwork, be 18+, and thrive in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current Ohio STNA license is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
