Job summary

CareCore at Montgomery in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate, dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our care team. We value quality resident care in a supportive long-term care setting and offer daily pay to help you manage your finances.

Shifts include Full-Time Days 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Full-Time Nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and Part-Time Nights. Active Ohio STNA license and a passion for teamwork are required; long-term care experience is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
