Job summary

CareCore at Heritage is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team in Ohio. Full Time and weekend shift options are available, with flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and work with nurses to ensure high-quality care. Requirements include an active Ohio STNA license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA license required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Available Shifts:

• Full Time - 6am-6pm
• Weekend Warrior - 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am, 2pm-10pm
• Every other weekend and holiday required
