CareCore Health LLC is hiring for full-time day shift 6am-6pm and PRN for all shifts in Chillicothe, Ohio. Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care and a supportive work environment.

As an STNA-certified caregiver, you will assist with ADLs, meals, transportation, and transfers, monitor vitals, document accurately, and communicate with nursing staff. Expect 12-hour shifts, attendance and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the State of Ohio with an STNA Certificate.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate personal care and gentle handling for patients.
• Assist with transportation, meals, ADLs, and transfers.
• Obtain vitals and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
• Ensure resident safety with proper use of call lights, side rails, and dry floors.
• Follow universal precautions at all times.
