Job summary

CareCore at Meadows in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time day shift runs 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with every other weekend rotation.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, clean environment. Ohio STNA certification is required; long-term care experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio STNA certification required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow facility policies, state regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
