Job summary

TruStage in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Tax Analyst to ensure compliance with tax laws and to develop tax planning strategies. You will perform complex tax research, review GAAP and statutory tax items, and manage tax processes with a degree of autonomy.

Collaborate with external parties including IRS and auditors, lead tax integration efforts, and guide junior staff. A CPA or advanced taxation credential plus substantial corporate tax experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 9 years' experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting.
• Strong ability to analyze complex tax information and translate it clearly.
• Proven ability to interact with peers, senior leadership and external parties.
