• Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Stay current on tax law changes and assess their impact on clients.
• Assist with firm initiatives such as process improvement, client development, and staff training.
• Support partners with tax research, planning strategies, and special projects as needed.
