Learning Care in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Lead Pre-K Teacher to design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and mentor fellow Teachers while upholding licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will create interactive learning experiences, support children's social and physical growth, manage the classroom, and build strong relationships with families to promote student achievement and center success. Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay $21–$28 per hour with benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related field.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre-K program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21-28 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
