Learning Care Group seeks a State Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements. We seek change-makers who stay curious and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor staff, lead classroom management, and build strong relationships with families to promote student success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related field.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center rules.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre-K program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $21-$25 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
