Learning Care in New York is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child’s needs and program requirements. You’ll guide development and be an example for a team dedicated to early childhood education.

Qualifications

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre-K program requirements.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree


• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans


• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.


• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21-29 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
