Job summary

New America’s Future of Land and Housing program seeks a qualified professional to support the Eviction Data Response Network (EDRN). This role coordinates six state partners, conducts regular coaching, and organizes cohort convenings to advance eviction data infrastructure and housing stability across the country.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in housing/public policy, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for equitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in housing/public policy/public health or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in eviction prevention and/or civil court data.
• Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in fostering equitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between New America’s FLH team and six EDRN state partners.
• Structure and execute monthly 1-1 coaching meetings and quarterly cohort calls.
• Plan virtual and in-person partner convenings and workshops.
• Monitor project scopes, timelines, and work plans for relevant projects.
• Develop knowledge products from EDRN experiences and share across states.
• Troubleshoot data governance, sharing, analysis, and court filing collection.
• Interface with technologists to support data collection and analysis.
• Monitor evaluation to generate evidence of impact and insights.
