Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a candidate to lead a 20-24 month initiative focused on collecting and sharing tenant eviction data statewide. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to housing stability and at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 4 years of experience in data analysis or housing-related policy.
This position will lead a 20-24 month statewide initiative to collect, track, and share tenant eviction data across New Mexico. This position will evaluate existing data systems and lead efforts to modernize and develop improved eviction data infrastructure to strengthen legal services, protect renters, and help prevent housing instability.
Typical salary range is $86,000–$99,000, dependent on experience.
