Job summary

New America is hiring a senior role to support the Eviction Data Response Network (EDRN) and the broader FLH team. You will coordinate with six state partners, guide coaching sessions, and plan cohort activities while advancing data-driven policy interventions for housing stability.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong facilitation and project management skills, and a commitment to equity and learning across partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in related fields.
• Subject matter expertise in eviction prevention and/or civil court data.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to equity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between FLH team and six EDRN state partners.
• Structure and execute monthly 1-1 coaching meetings and quarterly cohort calls.
• Plan virtual and in-person partner convenings and workshops.
• Drive progress by updating project scopes, timelines and work plans.
• Develop knowledge products from EDRN experiences and share learnings.
• Troubleshoot data governance, sharing, analysis, and court filing collection barriers.
• Interface with contracted technologists on data collection solutions.
• Monitor evaluation and learning to demonstrate impact and scalability.
• Convene and facilitate in-person workshops with logistics planning.
