Job summary

New America is seeking a detail‑driven professional to lead as a liaison for the Eviction Data Response Network and the FLH team. You will coordinate six state partners, coach cohort members, and help shape data‑driven eviction policies and practices.

You will collaborate with internal teams to design and implement housing programs, manage multi‑stakeholder events, and ensure timely deliverables while advocating equitable housing outcomes nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in U.S. housing, urban planning, public policy, or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in eviction prevention or civil court data preferred.
• Strong project management skills and proven facilitation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a results‑driven mindset.
• Commitment to equitable outcomes for underserved communities.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between New America’s FLH team and six EDRN state partners.
• Structure and run monthly 1‑1 coaching and quarterly cohort calls.
• Plan virtual and in‑person partner convenings and logistics.
• Drive strategy, timelines, and work plans for EDRN projects.
• Develop knowledge products and feedback loops from EDRN experiences.
• Troubleshoot data barriers and support data governance and sharing.
• Coordinate with contracted technologists on data collection and analysis.
• Monitor evaluation and learning to demonstrate impact nationwide.
