Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in park management or related field.
• Experience managing park facilities, staff, and visitor services preferred.
• Must complete Level 1 Fire Training within 12 months of employment.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts; able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of St. Francois State Park operations, facilities and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance staff, conduct safety meetings, and enforce park rules.
• Oversee revenue, budgeting, procurement, and staff relations; respond to emergencies.
