Responsibilities

• Lead service and installation teams to ensure quality and satisfaction.

• Monitor sales goals, close rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with HR to hire, onboard, and evaluate team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and service.
• Travel across territory and support scheduling, including weekends.
