What You’ll Do

• Lead garage door service and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily territory operations, including sales, scheduling, dispatch coordination, inventory, and fleet readiness.
• Coach technicians on in-home sales, identifying customer needs, presenting service options, and recommending appropriate repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor sales goals, close rates, job profitability, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with HR to interview, hire, onboard, and evaluate team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching to strengthen team performance, accountability, and customer service.
• Learn garage door products, repair procedures, and installation processes through hands-on field training.
• Oversee parts, tools, and equipment to keep technicians prepared for each job.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate timely responses to service issues.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance reports, business goals, and territory growth.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with applicable requirements and company policies.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and support scheduling needs, including weekends as needed.
