Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of government customers from contract signature onward.
• Deliver impeccable customer service, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
• Identify requirements, collect feedback, and influence product/tech development.
• Retain and grow account value and forecasted revenue.
• Communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead PMO-like efforts within the State & Local government vertical and related regions.
• Design and implement processes to accelerate growth and scale the team.
