Job summary

Arbella Insurance Group seeks a State Manager to develop and execute state-specific strategies for Personal Lines. You will influence pricing, product development and regulatory filing approaches while coordinating with actuarial, underwriting and finance teams.

You will lead planning, forecasting and financial management at the state level, ensuring profitable growth and compliance across markets with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math or related field preferred.
• Experience with property and casualty insurance and Personal Lines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial, actuarial and product data.
• Experience with regulatory filings and state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-specific strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
• Partner with Actuarial, Product, and Compliance on pricing, filings and product changes.
• Manage regulatory filings workflows and coordinate with regulators.
• Forecast, plan and monitor state-level financial performance and risks.
• Collaborate across departments to drive execution and alignment.
