Job summary

All on the Field is hiring State Field Directors to lead paid canvassing programs on the ground across multiple states. Each director will oversee a paid canvass of 20+ canvassers, with room to grow, and must meet door-count and quality targets on tight timelines.

This is an in-state role requiring relocation and in-person presence. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing canvassers and leads, building staffing plans, enforcing data integrity, and reporting daily results to

Qualifications

• 2+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team, and managers.
• Proven track record meeting metric-driven goals on deadlines.
• Willing to relocate with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a paid canvass program of 20+ canvassers
• Hire, train, and manage canvassers and team leads
• Build and own the program’s staffing plan: set canvasser schedules, determine coverage, and verify canvasser hours daily
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards, including spot-checks and fraud prevention
• Set and hold daily and weekly production goals; track performance and course-correct
• Work alongside our operations team to manage recruitment and supply logistics
• Report program numbers to AOTF leadership on a daily cadence
• Other duties as the program requires
