Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring State Field Directors to lead paid canvassing programs on the ground in Georgia. Each director will own a program of 20+ canvassers, with room to grow, and will meet door-count and quality targets on a tight timeline, balancing team management with data integrity.

This in-state role requires relocation, direct supervision of staff and close collaboration with the operations team to recruit, train, and oversee logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team; experience managing managers preferred.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadline.
• Relocation required; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a paid canvass program of 20+ canvassers
• Hire, train, and manage canvassers and team leads
• Build and own the program's staffing plan: set canvasser schedules, determine coverage, and verify canvasser hours daily
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards, including spot-checks and fraud prevention
• Set and hold daily and weekly production goals; track performance and course-correct
• Work alongside our operations team to manage recruitment and supply logistics
• Report program numbers to AOTF leadership on a daily cadence
• Other duties as the program requires
