Job description

Overview

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring State Field Directors to lead these programs on the ground.

Each director owns a paid canvass program of 20+ canvassers, with room to grow, and is responsible for meeting door-count and quality targets on a tight timeline. The role combines team management with operational discipline: recruiting and directing a field team while maintaining the integrity of the data it produces. These are in-state positions; relocation is required. We operate in several states, and placement depends on the program.
