NC Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, seeks a Maintenance/Construction Technician II (S) for the NC Dept of Agriculture – Agricultural Sciences Center in Raleigh. Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance, carpentry and repair.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and equipment repair.
• Assist with groundskeeping and incinerator operation as needed.
• Work hours 7:00 am–4:00 pm; location at ASC in Raleigh, NC.
