Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Livewell Hospital Manager to launch and scale a new hospital. You will establish culture, standards, and an operational rhythm in partnership with the Founding DVM and regional leadership.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, own P&L performance, labor and inventory, and drive a market-leading client experience while growing the hospital’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and scale a startup hospital.
• Strong financial literacy including P&L management.
• Experience building and developing teams with a positive leadership style.
• Comfort with navigating ambiguous startup dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establish hospital culture, standards and expectations from day one.
• Drive local growth through community engagement and partnerships.
• Oversee interviewing and hiring for all support roles.
