Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Leader to establish and grow a brand-new Livewell Hospital in Framingham. You will shape culture, team, and operations from day one, partnering closely with the Founding DVM and regional leadership.

You will build the community landmark, drive growth, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and own financial performance including labor and inventory controls, while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in start-up or de novo environments in veterinary or related fields.
• Ability to build culture, systems, and operational rhythm from day one.
• Strong focus on P&L, labor, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow a new Livewell Hospital from the ground up.
• Create culture, standards, and operational playbooks with the Founding DVM.
• Lead recruiting for all support roles and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to improve profitability.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences with hospitality and efficiency.
