Mission Pet Health is building a Livewell hospital and seeks a Hospital Manager to launch, grow, and stabilize the site from day one. You will shape culture, recruit a strong team, and align medical and business strategy with the Founding DVM.

This role requires grit, hands-on oversight of P&L, labor, and inventory, and a commitment to hospitality-driven client service. You’ll lead local marketing, community partnerships, and scalable processes to deliver outstanding veterinary care.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviewing and hiring for support roles and build a cohesive, growth-oriented team.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls; identify profitability opportunities.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies and community partnerships to grow visits and brand presence.
• Create hospitality-focused systems to deliver high-quality service and resolve client concerns.
