The People Of: Professional Services is seeking an Emerging Business & Venture Capital Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Washington D.C. office. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm environment.
• Meaningful experience representing startups or venture capital investors.
• Strong background in venture financings and private transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise startups on entity formation and governance.
• Structure and negotiate venture financing transactions.
• Support venture capital and private equity investments.
• Counsel clients on securities law and compliance matters.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
