Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality to drive the Quality Management System for a warehouse site. You will develop procedures, lead audits, and coordinate 5 Star Site Certification while ensuring GMP and FDA compliance across receiving, shipping and related operations.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management and 2+ years as a Quality Manager, with GMP knowledge and familiarity with ISO/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5 years of experience managing a medium to large warehouse; minimum 2 years as a Quality Manager.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations with basic GMP; familiarity with ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the site QMS documentation such as procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate requirements for the 5 Star Site Certification Program.
• Lead audits and corrective actions; respond to client complaints and internal errors with root-cause analysis.
