Job summary

Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence platform, seeks a Startup Program Manager to own day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program. You will build partner relationships, drive founder engagement, and manage end-to-end operations, turning founder connections into program outcomes.

You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, and Product across time zones; you’ll design founder-facing programming, represent at demo days, and synthesize founder insights to guide program direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, or equivalent — ideally with startup ecosystem exposure.
• Familiarity with accelerators, VCs, and founders operations to be useful in communities.
• Proven track record building and managing partner relationships end-to-end, from outreach to sustained follow-through.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across audiences/time zones.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product independently with context.
• Active use of AI tools beyond chat interfaces to boost day-to-day work.
• Strong organizational instincts; ability to prioritize multiple moving pieces.
• Curiosity about startup landscape and Mixpanel product; bring new perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners; identify valuable connections.
• Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days and portfolio programs.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized view of partner relationships and target markets; flag focus areas.
