Job summary

Nebius is looking for a Startup Program Manager (Lead) to build and run a world-class, AI-native startup program. You will onboard early-stage founders, deploy them, and set them up for success on Nebius, reporting to the Head of Startup Program.

The role spans VC engagement, startup engagement, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and ecosystem teams. You will work remotely from the United States and help grow the program strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VC, corporate venture, startup GTM, or investment roles.
• Experience founding, running, or supporting a startup or startup-facing program.
• Direct experience engaging with VC firms and portfolio companies.
• Ability to discuss technical and commercial/financial milestones.
• Collaborates with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
• Data-driven with ability to track pipeline, funnel, retention.
• Strong communicator able to work across teams.
• Credibility from having operated in a startup founder role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with portfolio companies and VC firms.
• Lead referrals and outreach to boost portfolio penetration.
• Run technical clinics and enablement sessions for startups.
• Represent Nebius as a preferred infra partner in ecosystems.
• Guide founders from onboarding to production in Nebius.
• Support startup success milestones and playbooks with teams.
• Track pipeline, conversions, and program outcomes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Ecosystem.
