About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is looking for a Corporate Operational Project Manager to join Corporate Operations within the COO Office at our Amsterdam headquarters. The role focuses on projects and operational processes related to the company’s financing agreements. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization and across global locations to understand agreement-related requirements, translate them into clear plans with defined owners, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate execution and follow-up. You will maintain accurate documentation of decisions, responsibilities, milestones, and open items, and track whether operational requirements are being addressed.

The role calls for hands‑on project management experience and an organized, detail‑oriented approach. You can set a clear plan and follow it through, while adapting when priorities or requirements change. You are inquisitive, communicate clearly with stakeholders across functions and locations, and document work carefully so that decisions, status, responsibilities, and next steps are easy to understand.

You’re welcome to work in our offices in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning and delivery: Build and maintain project plans, track milestones and dependencies, follow up on actions, and help ensure work is delivered on time. Raise delays or blockers and support the team in agreeing on next steps.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with colleagues across functions and locations to clarify requirements, coordinate contributions, and keep communication clear.
  • Process documentation and improvement: Document workflows, decisions, roles, and procedures. Ask questions to understand how processes work and identify opportunities to make them clearer or more efficient.
  • Tracking and reporting: Maintain project trackers, records, and status updates. Follow up on open items and help ensure that relevant information is accurate and easy to find.
  • Controls and governance support: Help track operational requirements and controls, document gaps or issues, and coordinate follow‑up with the relevant teams.
  • Adaptability and follow‑through: Keep plans and stakeholders aligned when priorities, timelines, or requirements change, while maintaining attention to detail.

We expect you to have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations, with hands‑on responsibility for moving work forward.
  • Experience working with multiple functions and stakeholders, ideally across countries or time zones.
  • A structured and organized approach, with the ability to create a plan, track progress, and follow through on details.
  • The ability to adapt plans when circumstances change and communicate the impact clearly.
  • Clear documentation skills and confidence maintaining plans, records, and project updates.
  • An inquisitive approach: you ask thoughtful questions, clarify ownership and requirements, and seek to understand how things work.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and shared documentation systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience supporting process design, implementation, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with governance, controls, compliance, or contractual requirements.
  • Experience in a global or fast-growing organization.
  • Experience in financing, legal, or corporate transactions, especially work involving commercial agreements or coordinating contractual requirements across teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar project, workflow, and communication platforms.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams
