Nebius is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer to join the Token Factory team. You will help customers transition from PoC to production and scale AI workloads on Nebius infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success, working with customer engineering teams and Product/Infrastructure groups to ensure stable, performant deployments. Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of inference frameworks (e.g. vLLM, TensorRT, or similar).
• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems and distributed/high-load apps.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads (LLMs, inference) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PoC-to-production transition.
• Ensure workloads are deployed, stable, and scalable.
• Drive time-to-production and time-to-value.
• Understand customer architectures and use cases.
• Monitor performance, cost, and reliability; optimize where possible.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Act as a trusted technical partner with customer teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimisation.
• Translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents.
