Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional for its Startup Products team. You will turn data into clear internal narratives, shape strategy, and help prioritize the product roadmap by owning high-signal metrics and dashboards.

You will work to understand startups using Stripe’s products, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations. This role emphasizes data-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and operations, business analytics, or another highly analytical role in a technology company.
• Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to choose the right methodology, pressure-test results, and distinguish signal from noise.
• Excellent written communication and ability to package data into easy-to-understand content.
• High agency and extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delve into data to glean insights about how users use our products and how they build their businesses on Stripe.
• Package insights into external-facing content, driving public storytelling about users and the startup market, with marketing and communications.
• Analyze product performance, identify trends and anomalies, diagnose drivers, and translate findings into concrete recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Lead analytical deep dives on strategic questions, new product opportunities, founder segments, growth drivers, and impact of launches or changes.
• Contribute to product and business strategy by sizing opportunities, testing assumptions, evaluating tradeoffs, and helping prioritize the roadmap.
• Help build and maintain a streamlined set of internal dashboards to understand user behavior and product usage.
