Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Strategy & Operations partner for the Startup Products team to shape where we play and what we build for founders worldwide. You will synthesize user insight, market context, and product judgment to develop strategy, roadmaps, and executable plans in collaboration with product, engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in strategy and operations or analytics at a technology company.
• Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and design to shape product decisions.
• Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to identify customer problems.
• Excellent structured problem-solving skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• High agency and willingness to move between strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and business strategy for Atlas and other startup products by structuring ambiguous questions and making clear recommendations.
• Turn strategy into execution by defining goals, workstreams, decision points, and operating cadences.
• Build a deep understanding of founders through direct conversations and data.
• Translate founder needs and market dynamics into opportunities and roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design to unblock development from problem definition to launch.
• Develop business cases and market sizing for new bets.
• Lead strategic projects spanning multiple teams and communicate recommendations to leadership.
