Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a senior product strategy lead to drive the Atlas project and other startup products by turning ambiguous questions into actionable plans. You will work with founders and cross-functional teams to align on goals, cadences, and decision points, ensuring clear tradeoffs are resolved.

You will build deep founder insights through direct conversations, qualitative research, and analysis of product data and support interactions to guide strategic bets and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and business strategy for Atlas and other startup products by structuring ambiguous questions and synthesizing evidence.
• Turn strategy into execution by defining goals, workstreams, and operating cadences, and by helping cross-functional teams resolve tradeoffs.
• Build a deep understanding of founders through direct conversations, qualitative research, product data, and support conversations.
