Job summary

ERMCO is expanding into a new Phoenix, AZ facility and seeks a Site Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead all plant operations. You will oversee fabrication, core manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production support across three shifts and will coordinate closely with the Dyersburg, TN site for best practices.

The role requires significant startup experience, strong Lean/continuous improvement skills, and travel between sites during onboarding and ramp-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-shift production operations.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Travel ability for startup and ramp-up phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across all shifts to meet schedules.
• Lead SQDC meetings for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Develop and mentor Area Managers and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Dyersburg and transfer best practices.
• Launch new production workflows for the Phoenix facility.
• Monitor KPIs such as labor, scrap, cost, and uptime.
