The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, particularly in transformer manufacturing, and a strong background in automation. Frequent travel to Dyersburg, TN, will be necessary during the startup phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience is required.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
