Job summary

ERMCO seeks a Site Manufacturing Engineering Manager to launch and scale operations at the new Waddell, AZ facility, building a high‑performing engineering team and ensuring safe, efficient production. You will lead process design, automation strategy, and capacity planning, collaborate with the TN site, and support startup activities to drive early operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Experience in transformer manufacturing preferred.
Strong background in automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the site Manufacturing Engineering team with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
Establish engineering standards, processes and KPIs for excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee process design, capacity planning, automation strategy and startup activities.
Ensure uptime and reliable operation of facility equipment; support predictive maintenance.
