Job summary

ERMCO seeks a Site Manufacturing Engineering Manager to launch, scale, and optimize operations at the new Waddell, AZ facility. You will build and lead the site manufacturing engineering function, driving safe, efficient, high-quality production in a greenfield environment.

Responsibilities include design, capacity planning, automation strategy, and continuous improvement, with collaboration with the Dyersburg, TN team. Travel to Dyersburg will be frequent during startup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with progressive responsibilities.
2+ years of leadership experience (direct or project).
Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the site Manufacturing Engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
Establish engineering standards, processes, and KPIs to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and collaboration across engineering and operations.
