A growing company in the food and beverage industry is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support business development and expand its customer base. This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and promoting the company’s products. Two types of Sales Representative positions are available based on experience and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers
• Conduct outreach and sales activities to generate new leads
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Promote the company’s products to potential clients
• Conduct outside sales activities and visit prospective customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth
• Maintain and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Participate in domestic business travel as needed
• Support additional sales and business development activities as assigned

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop relationships with prospective customers
• Self-motivated and comfortable with outside sales activities
• Experience in the food, beverage, café, or related industries is preferred
• Experience working for a matcha or tea manufacturer/company is a plus
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• Ability to travel as needed

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

• Full-Time

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Hybrid work arrangement
• Outside sales/customer visits as required
• Domestic U.S. travel required depending on business needs
• International travel may also be required

SALARY

USD $60,000-$100,000 annually

BONUS

Bonus eligibility based on achievement against budget/targets and overall company performance.
