Job summary

Jabil, located in Prince George, VA, seeks a Technical Business Unit Manager to lead a new manufacturing facility startup, align customer roadmaps with internal capabilities, and drive complex, scalable manufacturing solutions.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectations while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams. A Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in relevant roles is required, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required or preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing, R&D or technical program leadership.
• Strong project management, financial, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for key customer programs.
• Align customer roadmaps with engineering, manufacturing, and operations capabilities.
• Lead projects from concept through production, managing scope, budgets, risks and timelines.
• Support startup of a new manufacturing facility, including process development and onboarding.
