Job summary

Jabil is launching a new factory in Prince George, VA, and seeks a production leader to guide the startup team. You will manage on-site manufacturing of large-form-factor equipment, build processes, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will lead crews, partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and drive Lean initiatives to improve throughput and performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a supervisor or management role.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with large form-factor manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor schedules, labor utilization, and key operational metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
