Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a START Coordinator for the Greenville, NC area to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The role provides community-based intervention and prevention services through integrated care and collaboration with the team.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or Special Education required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities; 1 year if paired with Master’s degree.
• Must meet requirements for both Qualified Developmental Disability Professional and Qualified Mental Health Professional; direct support experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CPR, first aid, NCI certification or equivalents; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises cross systems crisis plans in a timely fashion.
• Monitors the implementation of the plan.
• Performs case management linking and referrals.
• Provides families and stakeholders with training and knowledge for the population served.
• Provides consultation on clinical needs of individuals’ care.
