SpaceX is seeking a Welder (Starship) for night shift at our South Texas facility. You will build, maintain, and upgrade structural, fluid, and launch pad systems for Starship campaigns.

Work with a skilled team to weld large assemblies, tubing, piping, and launch pad infrastructure using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW. Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, collaborating with lead welders, and ensuring quality welds per AWS D1.1 and ASME B31.3.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW or GTAW preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Complete welding assignments for stand, pipe, and launch pad structures.
• Weld using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• Interpret drawings and plan welding operations with lead welder.
• Inspect own welds per AWS D1.1 and ASME B31.3 with training.
• Travel to sites up to 20% may be required.
