The role emphasizes workflow efficiency, on-time delivery, and reporting for leadership and customers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in departmental administration with aerospace/industrial experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting departmental administration processes.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience organizing files and documents.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Aerospace/automotive/semiconductor/electronic manufacturing experience.
• SQL experience and Tableau experience.
• APICS certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Move parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or other work centers.
• Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-time.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Ensure MRP/ERP data is clean and accurate.
• Update and utilize metrics to drive results with production personnel.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
