Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator (Starship) to monitor, track, and move parts through the production chain, ensuring timely delivery to the next production location.

You will work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to keep MRP/ERP data accurate, support workflow improvements, and develop reports for internal and customer use. Candidates should have strong administrative experience, MS Office skills, and flexibility for shifts including days and nights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• APICS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production process to ensure timely delivery to the next location.
• Push/pull physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or other work centers.
• Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-time.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams.
